Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how MoiTracker uses them, and the choices you have. We keep cookie use to the minimum needed to run the service - we do not use advertising cookies.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let the site remember information between pages and visits - for example, keeping you signed in. Similar technologies such as local storage are covered by this policy too.
2. Essential cookies
These are required for MoiTracker to work and cannot be switched off. They keep you authenticated, maintain your session, remember your theme (light/dark) preference, and protect forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
3. Functional cookies
These remember preferences that improve your experience, such as dismissing the cookie banner or remembering your last-used currency. They are not used to track you across other sites.
4. Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (such as Hotjar) to understand how the marketing site is used so we can improve it. These never access the personal data you store inside your account, and we do not sell or share this information.
5. Third-party cookies
Some sub-processors we rely on, for example our payment provider during checkout, may set their own cookies on the pages they serve. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.
6. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block them entirely. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using MoiTracker.
