These terms govern your use of MoiTracker. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance
By using MoiTracker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use MoiTracker.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use MoiTracker for illegal activities, to harass others, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to access other users' data. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.
4. Plan & Limits
MoiTracker is currently free for everyone, with unlimited contacts and gift records and all features included. We may introduce paid plans with tiered limits in the future, and will give existing users reasonable notice before any such change.
5. Billing
MoiTracker is currently free of charge. If paid plans are introduced in the future, the billing terms - price, cycle, cancellation, and refunds - will be presented clearly before you subscribe.
6. Data Ownership
You own all data you enter into MoiTracker. We claim no ownership over your contacts, gifts, or events. You may export or delete your data at any time.
7. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
