MoiTracker is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
1. Data We Collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password) and the data you enter into MoiTracker (contacts, gifts, events). We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and debugging purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the MoiTracker service. We use your email address to send account-related notifications (verification, password reset, billing). We never use your relationship data for advertising or analytics.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We use trusted sub-processors (Stripe/PayPal for billing, Resend for email, Cloudflare R2 for file storage) who are contractually bound to protect your data.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with 12 rounds. API access is controlled via Sanctum tokens. We conduct regular security reviews.
5. Your Rights
You can export all your data at any time from your account settings. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We comply with GDPR, PIPEDA, and CCPA.
6. Cookies
MoiTracker uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
